For the second edition of the Pro Kabaddi League, the Dabang Delhi Team Management thought we should appoint a motivational speaker and consultant to give the boys a channelised, psychological boost along with their regular training. Kurush Khodaiji, the founder of Imageine Consulting ended up proving to be far more than just a motivational speaker.He facilitated both group and individual sessions with players, coaches and support staff. He went into the less discussed aspects like ego clashes, causes of failure & created a sort of sustained and hands on approach which players could easily tap into in real time during a match situation.
