What I liked about Imageine Consulting’s (Kurush Khodaiji) finely tuned concept ‘The Last Mile’ was the result-oriented, what ACTUALLY WORKS kind of orientation. I appreciated the concept of him visiting the Vero Moda Store and have a first-hand service provided by our Fashion Consultants.
What really stood out for me was his thrust on such extensive research and then blending it with the tools of Image Management, Customer Service and creation of a probe mechanism for the retail staff whereby they could actually facilitate selling better and not just have an academic grasp on the content.
His practical and innovative style WORKS. I say that from experiencing a one-on-one style, multi-session workshop with him.
