From very early on in life, I realized that either consciously or sub-consciously we all have a tendency of looking at sub-sets or smaller aspects of what at best should be a tool, stepping stone or a medium as the ULTIMATE END GAME or goal.

Don’t get me wrong; there is nothing wrong with a tool or a medium. It is most definitely required but as powerful or valuable as it may seem on the face of it, a medium or a tool can NEVER ever be the END GOAL.

The reality of life is that most problems need a fair degree of anticipation, situational awareness & street smartness. Without a fair inculcation, native understanding & an understanding of these three aspects, a class-room training on any-thing from Sales, Emotional intelligence, Soft Skills, Better Customer engagement, Image enhancement or for that matter Behavioural aspects etc will all have missing links not because they are incomplete in them-selves but because they have been facilitated in isolation & by them-selves they do not constitute a SUCCESS Solution so to speak.
