The identification of the lag:

At the senior level, Technical know-how, procedure etc. are a given. However on introspection, it was – found that a concrete awareness and over-all understanding that skills, job understanding & competence are qualities that are INSIDE an individual but people are mainly perceived on what they give out or otherwise in terms of OUTWARD Projection – aligning what is inside to the outside was the key focus of the training under the broad title of ‘Creating Long lasting Professional imprint’ wherein sub-topics based on the Appearance, Behaviour & Communication model, which  have both elements of internal thought processes and consequent impact & shape stake holders’ on external perception were discussed minutely & specifically in the course of an exhaustive 2 day training session.
